Overdue Inspections
On here, the most urgent is shown first in red, which is 66 days overdue. It tells you when the inspection was due and all the information necessary. Keep scrolling to the right and you can click on view reports that takes you to where you are able to see all your inspection reports for any of your buildings. Need to schedule that inspection urgently? Just select it and request inspection.
Temporary Use Inspections
In the example, Tower 3 is on temporary use and needs to be renewed every 30 days. In this case, that inspection is due in 13 days. A notification will be sent out when there is 1 week remaining until its due date. Same is done for expiring permits than need to be renewed.
Failed Inspections
In Florida, when you fail an elevator inspection, you have 90 days to correct the violations. VISOR keeps track of those 90 days. It sends reminders on 60 and 30 days remaining and notifies when overdue.
Annual Inspections
All your elevators passed inspection and a couple months pass by and you don't remember when your next annual inspections are due. VISOR tracks that also. It tells you when your inspection is due and how many days remaining. Stay ahead of the game and schedule early! This prevents last minute rush scheduling.
